Travel Guide and Tips
For many Westerners, Persia is a distant and fabled land, a cradle of ancient monuments and art treasures, filled with intricate carpets, mosaics, stunning pottery, miniatures, and metalwork.
There’s lots to love in this country and of course, Iran also has gorgeous nature galore – from the Persian Gulf to the Caspian shore, bordering the world’s largest inland body of water. In between, beguiling cities, deserts, and mountains will stir the soul of any visitor.
Travel to Iran itself is the greatest “adventure.” But for dynamic fun, we’d definitely recommend skiing, photography, surfing, motorcycling, motor sports, and drag racing, flying, rafting, backpacking, rock/mountain climbing, team sports, hunting/fishing, and skydiving.
